Celebrating Christ’s Incarnation and New Birth for Believers

As we begin the Advent season, this special time of year to celebrate the incarnation of Christ, we often focus on Jesus’ birth. Such a wondrous miracle certainly warrants celebration! 

This is also a great time to celebrate spiritual “new births” as identified through new Christ-followers who have obediently followed our Lord in believer’s baptism. Please praise God with us for the many from around our district who have publicly testified of their faith in Christ by symbolically being buried into Christ’s death through water immersion and rising again from the baptismal waters to walk in the newness of a Christ-centered life. 

Though many others have also been recently baptized, please join us in celebrating the following baptisms at Arrows Church in Papillion, NE; Bethel Baptist Church in Hayes Center, NE; and Faith Baptist Fellowship in Sioux Falls, SD.
