Pastoral Care


Pastors and churches sometimes need encouragement, a renewed perspective and counsel. Our staff is equipped to aid you and your congregation as you address challenging relational issues such as conflict, lack of authenticity, forgiveness, parenting, marriage and extending Christ-like love. Whether through large-group settings such as workshops, retreats or teaching from the pulpit, or more personal sessions though individual meetings with pastors or consulting with small groups or leadership teams, we can help your team.

Coaching


Every leader is a coach and every leader needs a coach. Coaching flows from the relationships that God has established for us, and helps develop healthy rhythms in our lives and helps us succeed by providing spiritual guidance, emotional support and prayer, accountability and training and skill development. There is someone who has experience you can lean on, and likewise, someone who needs your experience to help them navigate their path.

LEAD Team


A LEAD Team is a gathering of relationally and missionally committed leaders from a geographical region or affinity group. Teams meet together regularly to build meaningful relationships, focus on spiritual growth, and work together to see mission accomplished through multiplying (planting) new churches, and nurturing church health.

While church planting is a strong emphasis of each LEAD Team, church health is equally important. Participating pastors/leaders challenge each other, learn together, and resource one another in a caring environment to stimulate the mobilization, health, and impact of each church involved in the team.
